Scope of work:
Turnkey solution included the following:-
· Providing complete Conceptual Design and details design for the area.
· Providing complete Room Data Sheet and final Layout
· Supply /installation of Clean Room partition with all accessories and all related components included panels, doors…etc.
· Supply, installation and qualification of dynamic Pass boxes and bio- safety cabinet.
· Supply /installation Lab furniture.
· Supply apply Flooring and Epoxy work.
· HVAC System (Design, Supply and installation (.and qualification.
· Design, Supply, installation Mechanical Networks) Utilities Working Services).
· Design, Supply, installation Electrical system power sector (Law voltage system) Working.
· Design, Supply, installation Light current System (Data, Fire Alarm and Access Control System).
· Civil Work Execution and finishing.
· Implementing shop drawing, As built drawings all executive drawings for the aforementioned integrated works.
· Supplying and implementing all electromechanical works and related works included in the project's designs.
· Supervising and managing the project, implementing the schedule, and monitoring it.
· Implementation of all final drawings related to the project's design content and their submission to the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) and the Licensing Authority.
